Please submit the abstract of your presentation (max. 200 words) by filling in this form by 31 October 2025. For abstract submissions, you can choose between two options: oral presentation or poster.
If you are interested in a specific topic related to a conference topic, you can organise a session/panel consisting of 3 to 5 presentations. Please note that participants in your session should send in their abstracts individually (like all other conference participants) using the submission form by 31 October 2025. Please remember that, to be listed in the official conference program as a presenting author, one is required to hold a valid ISORECEA membership for the period 1 January 2026 – 31 December 2027. Please note that session proposers may not serve in the dual role of both moderator and presenter within the same session.
